All tires are tubeless/tube type.
All 1970-84 Models use tubes with tires, only 1985-on Models do not use tubes with tires - Except R80G/S thru 1987 which use tubes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Check inflation pressure regularly Look for punctures, cuts, cracks in sidewalls, minimum tread depth 3mm (1/8"). Always replace inner tube with tire.Your tires are your life! ALWAYS use BMW-recommended tire and tube sizes. Improperly sized tires may result in adverse handling or loss of control. Do not patch tubes except in emergency.
